Women’s Golf Month-June 2026 Events & Activities.

Every June, golf courses and clubs across the country come together to celebrate Women’s Golf Month, a national initiative supported by the PGA of America, the LPGA, and the National Golf Course Owners Association to grow women’s participation in golf.

This month, we’re hosting a series of events for women golfers at every level. For example, join us for beginner clinics, social rounds, and fun, competitive play. Women’s Golf Month is the perfect opportunity to try the game, connect with fellow golfers, and experience everything our course has to offer.

Summer Golf League

Summer Golf League registrations are now open at Old South Golf Links, your chance to experience one of the best Lowcountry golf leagues in a fun, competitive, and social setting.

Running May through August, this weekly league welcomes all skill levels. In addition, you’ll enjoy regular season matches, playoffs, and USGA handicap service. Plus, members receive exclusive perks like discounted rounds and pro shop savings.

Old South Golf Links 34th Anniversary Golf Tournament

What a day! Our 34th Anniversary Golf Tournament was one for the books — filled with great shots, even better company, and a big dose of Old South spirit. Golfers from near and far joined us to celebrate more than three decades of Lowcountry golf on one of the most scenic courses in Bluffton.

From the morning shotgun start to the last putt, the camaraderie was unmatched. The course looked incredible thanks to our dedicated maintenance crew. Players enjoyed a perfect fall day surrounded by marsh views, moss-draped oaks, and that unmistakable Lowcountry calm.

A special highlight of the day was seeing course designer Clyde Johnston teeing it up and playing alongside our field! His thoughtful design, which follows the natural contours of the land and showcases the beauty of the Lowcountry marshes, continues to make Old South one of the area’s most beloved golf experiences.
